Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 24, 2026Version terms-2026-08-24

These terms explain what you agree to when you create or use a Credily account.

Acceptance

By continuing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not continue creating or using a Credily account.

You are responsible for making sure the email address and account information you provide are accurate and that you are allowed to use the financial accounts or cards you connect.

Your account

You can sign in with a one-time code emailed to you, with the password you set for your account, or with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google where the app offers those options. Keep access to your email account, your password, and your device secure. Anyone who can receive your one-time code, use your password, or use a linked sign-in provider may be able to access your Credily account.

You agree not to impersonate another person, create accounts using information you do not control, interfere with Credily systems, or use the app for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

What Credily provides

Credily helps you understand which linked card may be more rewarding for a purchase, track reward-related activity, and receive nearby card recommendation prompts when enabled.

Recommendations are informational. Credily is not your bank, card issuer, accountant, financial advisor, or credit advisor. You remain responsible for deciding which card to use and for reviewing issuer terms, reward rules, fees, and billing details.

Connected accounts and permissions

When you connect accounts through Plaid, Credily can receive card, account, institution, and transaction information needed to power the app. You should only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access.

Some features use location permission and notifications. You can change these permissions in your Android or iOS system settings or inside the app, but disabling them may reduce or stop nearby recommendation features.

Subscriptions and billing

Credily subscriptions are purchased through the app store you installed Credily from — the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Subscription access is synchronized through RevenueCat, and the app displays subscription details reported by that store and by Credily’s backend.

Subscriptions may renew until cancelled. Purchase and payment processing, renewal, payment methods, receipts, refunds, and cancellation are handled by the store where you subscribed, under that store’s own terms. Credily does not process these payments. Manage or cancel an Apple App Store subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings, and a Google Play subscription in your Google Play subscriptions settings.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from Settings in the app, or without signing in at https://credily.prodygyn.com/delete-account. The web request has no password or login step. Credily emails a one-time link to the address already stored on the account to check that you control it. Opening that link does not delete anything; you must confirm on the page, and the link expires.

Once you confirm, Credily removes your account and the data tied to it from its live systems and revokes connected Plaid items where possible. Credily retains a limited record of your legal acceptance and of the deletion request for legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Where a provider supports account-linked deletion, Credily sends the required deletion or revocation request; provider schedules vary. Provider cleanup and the removal of copies inside routine backups can lag the deletion of live data.

Deletion usually completes within 24 hours and no later than 30 days after you confirm. Credily emails you when the request is received and again when it is complete. Once completed, deletion is intended to be irreversible.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings or your Google Play subscriptions settings, depending on where you subscribed. If you cannot receive email at the address stored on your account, contact admin@prodygyn.com for help.

Changes and availability

Credily may update the app, features, pricing, subscription behavior, recommendations, or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Credily may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network failures, or operational incidents. We try not to make that your problem, but software has a long history of trying anyway.
