Delete your Credily account
You can delete your Credily account and its data yourself, from here. We'll email you a one-time link to confirm — nothing is deleted until you open that link and confirm.
This page covers Credily by Prodygyn — iOS app com.credily.prodygyn and Android app com.credily.android.
Start your deletion request
Step 1 of 2. We'll send a confirmation link to your Credily email address.
Your App Store subscription is separate
Deleting your Credily account does not cancel an active App Store subscription, and it does not issue a refund. Apple manages that billing, not Credily.
You can go ahead and delete your account now — this isn't a prerequisite. Just note that an active subscription keeps renewing and charging you unless you manage it with Apple separately, before or after deletion.
Manage your Apple subscriptionWhat deleting your account does
Deletion is permanent: once it completes, your Credily account can't be restored or recovered by you or by us.
- Your live Credily account and profile
- The cards in your wallet and their settings
- Your transaction and reward data held in Credily
- Your devices, notification tokens, and app preferences
- The subscription records Credily keeps about your account
- Where a connected provider supports it, we request revocation or deletion of the data linked to your account
We start deletion as soon as you confirm. It finishes usually within 24 hours and no later than 30 days.
What we may keep
- Limited records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons
- Data that was never linked to your account, or that is anonymous, because we can no longer match it to you
- Copies held by backups and service providers, which follow their own retention schedules rather than clearing the moment you confirm
Need a hand?
If you can't access your email, something looks wrong, or you'd rather talk to a person, contact us and we'll help you finish the request.
